Purchases

Paid products are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), acting as the Merchant of Record. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy’s terms and refund policy, and your receipt is issued by Lemon Squeezy.

License (EULA)

When you obtain a reminitone plugin — whether paid or free — you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it, subject to these terms:

• Paid plugins may be installed on the number of devices permitted by your license (your activation limit), for your own use.
• Free plugins (for example, RNT Scratch) are provided free of charge for your own use.
• You may not resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the software or your license keys, and you may not reverse engineer it except where permitted by law.
• All intellectual property in the software and this website remains the property of reminitone / Yujiro Yonetsu.

The software and website are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, reminitone is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the software or website. Always keep backups of your projects.
