FAQ
My iPhone and Mac show different plans.
Make sure both devices are signed in to the same Apple account with iCloud enabled for Rubato. Sync usually takes a few seconds; while an app is in the background, iOS may delay it — bringing Rubato to the front refreshes it.
I don’t see my Google Calendar events.
Rubato reads the calendars synced to your device. If you only use the Google Calendar app, its account isn’t synced to iOS — either add the account under iOS Settings › Calendar, or subscribe to the calendar’s private ICS URL inside Rubato.
Where is the Mac window?
There isn’t one on purpose. Click the Rubato icon in the menu bar; use the pin to keep the panel open while you plan.
The trial ended. What do I keep?
The one-time purchase unlocks everything on both iPhone and Mac. If you have purchased and it isn’t recognised, use Restore Purchases in Settings.
