Rubato — Privacy Policy

Rubato (“the app”) is developed and provided by reminitone (Yujiro Yonetsu). The app does not collect any personal information.

What we don’t collect

The app does not collect your name, email address, location, usage data, identifiers, or any other data, and sends nothing to our servers. It uses no third-party SDKs for advertising or analytics. There is no account to create.

iCloud sync

Events, history, and settings you enter are stored in your own iCloud account’s private database (CloudKit) and synced between iPhones and Macs signed in with the same Apple Account. We cannot access this data. If you are not signed in to iCloud, data stays only on your device.

Calendar access

If you allow it, the app shows events from your device’s calendars and writes events you mark “Show in Calendar” to a calendar you choose. This happens on your device; your calendar contents are never sent to us. Calendars subscribed by URL are fetched directly by your device from the URL you enter.

Notifications

If you allow it, the app shows local notifications scheduled on your device (for example, when an event starts or is due to end). No push notification server is used.

Purchases

In-app purchases are handled by Apple’s App Store. We do not receive your payment information. See Apple’s privacy policy at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.
